Return Policy

 

In order to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We currently do not accept exchanges. All items, including product and packaging, must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Process

To request a return, please email us at returns@saintbay.com. Make sure that you include your order number in the email so that we can process your return quickly for you. Once we have your request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send back your item(s). If your return is approved, you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment.

Postage

Please note, we are unable to cover the cost of your return. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it is returned safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
