Delivery costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders. For international orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15.

Delivery times

We typically aim to have your order with you within 2-3 business days for UK delivery and 5-10 business days for international delivery. Please note, all estimates exclude dispatch times.

Import duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of any such charges.

Delayed or missing parcel

If you do not receive your order within our estimated time frame and have not received notification from the courier about where your parcel can be collected from or how to rearrange delivery, please email us at info@saintbay.com. Due to circumstances that are beyond our control, such as busy trading periods or postal delays, we cannot be held responsible if you receive your order later than expected.
